PIT returns to Santa Cruz with 40+ attractions

For yet another Christmas, the Tenerife Children and Youth Park (PIT) will be returning to Santa Cruz with its XXVII edition, which will feature a wide variety of educational and recreational activities for children and young adults. From the 22nd of December until the 8th of January, the park will be open at the Tenerife Fairgrounds under the name PIT & GO. The entrance fee is nine euros.

The PIT is comprised of a variety of attractions, games, and other activities that are designed to cater to the young people of the island as well as their families. The educational aspect of the park, as well as the occupation of children’s free time during these school holiday periods, is the mission of the park, as stated by the Tenerife Cabildo: their goal is to provide an educational experience. When it comes to “meeting between different generations, united to educate and have fun,” the Corporation describes it as a place where people may come together.

The following are some of the attractions that will be available this year: a chocolate house, a Viking boat, a children’s Ferris wheel, a small circuit, karts, a children’s theater, inflatable Disney attractions, a radio show, a ninja challenger, Tenerife + Sustainable activities, a planetarium, a gamers area, trampolines, crazy piggies, witch train, rodeo, an indoor soccer field, a basketball area, a minigolf course, and a large ice rink. In this year’s event, there will be a PIT Chef cooking session as well as a showing of children’s films. Both of these events are unique.

This establishment will be open from three o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening on Christmas Day, December 25. Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on January 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8, it will be held. At long last, the PIT will first open its doors on January 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Due to the fact that Efraín Medina, the economic vice president of the Cabildo, has been in charge of presenting this edition, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy forty distinct attractions and games.
